About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple industries. The ideal candidate should have excellent sourcing skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for identifying and hiring the right talent.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding.
- Understand client hiring requirements and prepare effective sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and clients.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Negotiate salary and ensure successful offer acceptance.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and MIS reports.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Achieve monthly hiring targets and recruitment KPIs.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any field.
- 1–5 years: Experience in recruitment or staffing is preferred.
- Experience hiring for IT, Non-IT, Engineering, Sales, Operations, Edtech,Healthcare or BFSI roles will be an added advantage.
