Description

Perform analysis of raw materials, intermediates, finished products, in-process samples, stability samples, and cleaning validation samples. Operate and troubleshoot analytical instruments including HPLC, GC, UV-Visible Spectrophotometer, FTIR, KF Titrator, Dissolution Apparatus, TOC Analyzer, Particle Size Analyzer, and Analytical Balance. Execute testing as per approved specifications, pharmacopoeias (IP, USP, BP, EP), analytical methods, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Ensure timely reporting of analytical results to Production and QA. Review analytical data, calculations, chromatograms, and laboratory records for accuracy and compliance. Perform calibration, verification, and routine maintenance of laboratory instruments. Ensure laboratory housekeeping, safety, and compliance with Positive Laboratory Practices (GLP). Maintain inventory of laboratory chemicals, reagents, reference standards, columns, and consumables.
