This role involves supporting the recruitment of warehouse and logistics staff for a leading e-commerce logistics platform. Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
- Maintain recruitment records and daily hiring reports.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.
Requirements
- Any Degree
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
