Doctor Wealth is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Tele Caller cum Sales Support Executive to assist in lead generation, client engagement, appointment scheduling, and sales coordination. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the Sales Team.
- Explain the company's financial products and services to clients.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with customers.
- Support the sales team in achieving business targets.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams for client onboarding and documentation.
- Handle customer enquiries and provide timely assistance.
- Prepare daily call reports and sales activity reports.
- Ensure excellent customer service and relationship management.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales support are welcome.
- Experience in BFSI, Mutual Funds, Insurance, or Financial Services will be an added advantage.





Skills Required

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Malayalam and English. Knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage.
- Good telephone etiquette and convincing ability.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM).
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Positive organizational and follow-up skills.
