Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Executive with 1–2 years of experience in inventory management and warehouse operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring stock levels, coordinating with warehouse and procurement teams, and ensuring timely stock availability.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate inventory records and stock movements.
Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly stock reconciliation.
Conduct physical inventory and cycle count audits.
Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and dispatch teams.
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
Prepare inventory reports and maintain documentation.
Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures.
Update inventory data in ERP/WMS or Excel.
Support continuous improvement in inventory accuracy and warehouse efficiency.
Required Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, or stores management.
Basic knowledge of inventory management principles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/WMS software.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
