Job Summary

The Sr. HR / HR Recruitment Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating offers, and ensuring smooth onboarding while meeting hiring timelines and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Share quality candidate profiles within defined TAT.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate documentation and ensure KYC compliance.
- Negotiate salaries and explain compensation structure.
- Build and maintain candidate databases and talent pipelines.
- Ensure smooth candidate onboarding and maintain strong candidate relationships.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve hiring targets.
- Use job portals and sourcing tools effectively to close positions.
- Understand basic statutory compliances and market hiring trends.
- Minimize recruitment dropouts and provide accurate candidate information to clients.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
