Job Title: Admission Counsellor

Experience: 3+ Years in top schools

Key Responsibilities:

* Counsel prospective parents and provide detailed information about the school’s curriculum, programmes, facilities, and admission process.

* Manage the complete admission journey, from enquiry generation to application, follow-ups, and final enrolment.

* Conduct effective parent counselling sessions and address queries professionally.

* Regularly follow up with prospective parents to ensure timely lead conversion.

* Maintain accurate records of enquiries, counselling interactions, follow-ups, and admissions.

* Achieve assigned admission and conversion targets.

* Coordinate with the school leadership, academic team, and relevant stakeholders to ensure a seamless parent experience.





* Build strong relationships with prospective and existing parents while maintaining high standards of service.

Desired Candidate Profile:

* Minimum 3 years of experience as an Admission Counsellor or in school admissions with reputed schools.

* Excellent communication, counselling, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

* Strong ability to engage with parents and convert enquiries into admissions.

* Pleasing personality with a qualified and confident approach.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
