An HR Executive is responsible for managing various human resource functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, payroll coordination, attendance management, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws. They act as a bridge between employees and management to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave, and performance records.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure timely salary processing.
- Handle employee grievances and resolve workplace issues professionally.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Organize employee engagement activities and training programs.
- Prepare HR reports related to recruitment, attrition, attendance,
and employee performance.
- Support performance appraisal and employee development initiatives.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid organizational and time management abilities.
- Knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Familiarity with MS Excel, MS Word, and HRMS software.
- Basic understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred (optional, depending on the company).
- 0–6 months of experience in HR or recruitment (for entry-level HR Executive roles
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
