Key Responsibilities:-

Prepare MEP system designs for residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional projects. Perform HVAC heat load calculations and select appropriate equipment. Design ducting, chilled water, refrigerant piping, ventilation, and exhaust systems. Design plumbing systems including water supply, drainage, and firefighting layouts. Coordinate electrical requirements with the electrical engineering team. Prepare detailed drawings using AutoCAD and/or Revit MEP. Ensure coordination between architectural, structural, and MEP services to avoid clashes. Perform design calculations and equipment sizing according to applicable codes and standards. Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities), material specifications, and technical submittals.



Review shop drawings and provide technical support to site engineers. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors during the design process. Ensure compliance with local building codes, NBC, ASHRAE, IS standards, SMACNA, and other relevant standards. Attend design review meetings and incorporate client/consultant comments. Support estimation, tendering, and value engineering activities. Prepare as-built drawings and design documentation after project completion.

Pay: ₹20,000.99 - ₹46,060.47 per month
