Job Summary:

Responsible for assisting customers throughout the vehicle buying journey, promoting automobile products, generating new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles
- Conduct vehicle presentations, demonstrations, and test drives
- Generate leads through walk-ins, referrals, corporate sales, and digital channels
- Build and maintain solid customer relationships
- Prepare quotations, negotiate deals, and close vehicle sales
- Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, RTO, and Delivery teams for smooth vehicle handover
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Maintain CRM records and follow up with prospective and existing customers
- Stay updated on product features, pricing, financing options, and competitor offerings

and presentation abilities
- Customer-focused approach with a professional attitude
- Knowledge of automotive products and dealership sales processes
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Qualification & Experience:

- Graduate in any discipline
- 1–5 years of experience in automotive sales, retail sales, or customer-facing sales roles
- Freshers with excellent communication and sales aptitude may also apply
- Valid driving license is preferred

Preferred Experience:

- Experience in passenger vehicle sales, luxury automobile sales, commercial vehicles, or Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) vehicle sales
- Experience with dealership operations, finance & insurance coordination, and customer relationship management

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
