Responsibilities / Duties:

> Testing - QC

> Production process records & data updating / analysis & monitoring production process. Co -ordinating & monitoring smooth function of production schedules as per company standards & specifications.

> Research, developing & testing formulations, processing techniques for new products & to improve existing products.

Education & Experience/ Requirements:

> B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry with minimum 2-4 years’ experience in Chemical / Polymer industry.

> Testing raw materials & finished products.

> Tests include handling of Viscosity, softening point, melting point, solid content, NCO content, etc in the QC lab.

> Maintaining records of QC department & production process control as per ISO 9001 system.





> 2- 4 years’ experience in Polymers /Varnish /Wire Enamel’s QC & Production is required or preferred.

> Work professionally & safely in the lab / shop floor.

> Demonstrate the ability to develop a product from lab to market.
