Job Summary:

We are looking an experienced and dedicated Civil Foreman to oversee site operations for high-rise residential (25 floors and above). The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Mivan shuttering instead of conventional brickwork. The Civil Foreman will be responsible for coordinating tasks for the day, managing on-site workers and subcontractors, monitoring work quality, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and reporting progress to site engineers or project managers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of construction workers and subcontractors.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project plans.
- Ensure work is executed in accordance with project specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
- Allocate tasks and monitor productivity to ensure efficient workflow.
- Inspect work progress and ensure that safety standards are met.




- Resolve on-site issues and delays by providing quick, practical solutions.
- Maintain daily records of labour, material, and equipment usage.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and other professionals on-site.
- Ensure that all work is completed within budget and project deadlines.
- Conduct toolbox talks and enforces site safety protocols.

Key Requirements:

- Diploma or certificate in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and OSHA safety regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Positive communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- May require extended working hours, including weekends.
- Physical ability to work on-site and supervise field operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
