This is a full-time on-site role for an Application Engineer at MIRA3D in Mumbai. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Application Engineer with a solid understanding of Additive Manufacturing and 3D Scanning concepts to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in software related to 3D Printing and 3D Scanning, and will be responsible for supporting our customers, testing new software releases, and assisting with various day-to-day tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Customer Support and Demonstrations:
- Assist customers with software demos, showcasing the capabilities and benefits of our products.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customers using our software solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and success.
2) Software Testing:
- Test new software releases to identify bugs and potential issues.
- Provide detailed feedback and reports to the development team to aid in continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure high-quality software releases.
3) Quotations and Offers:
- Prepare quotations and offers for customers on a project basis.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of quotations.
- Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
4) Content Creation and Webinars:
- Organize and conduct webinars to educate customers about current updates and features.
- Prepare blogs and instructional videos explaining how to use new features and updates in the software.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Additive Manufacturing and 3D Scanning technologies.
5) Technical Expertise:
- Provide technical insights and support for internal teams and customers.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for customers and internal staff.
6) Day-to-Day Tasks:
- Assist with various administrative and operational tasks as needed.
- Support the team in organizing and managing customer projects.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and workflows.
