Job Responsibilities

- Identify and evaluate new product opportunities based on market trends and customer requirements.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and therapeutic segment analysis.
- Prepare product concepts, product profiles, and business proposals for new product launches.
- Coordinate with Formulation R&D;, Regulatory Affairs, Production, QA, QC, Purchase, and Marketing teams for product development and commercialization.
- Assist in new product selection, portfolio expansion, and lifecycle management.
- Prepare product presentations, technical literature, product training materials, and promotional content.
- Analyze product costing, pricing strategy, and market positioning.
- Monitor competitor products, launches, pricing, and promotional activities.
- Support marketing and sales teams with scientific and technical product information.
- Maintain product documentation and ensure timely completion of assigned projects.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings for successful product launches.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and quality requirements.

Required Qualifications

- Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Pharm.D / Life Sciences




- MBA (Marketing) – Preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in Product Development, Product Management, Pharmaceutical Marketing, or New Product Development within a pharmaceutical manufacturing company.

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of pharmaceutical formulations and therapeutic segments.
- Experience in new product selection and product lifecycle management.
- Excellent market research and competitor analysis skills.
- Product costing and pricing knowledge.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Experience in pharmaceutical formulation manufacturing.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to pharmaceutical products.
- Innovative mindset with strong commercial awareness.

Pay: ₹12,970.76 - ₹48,110.32 per month
