Position: Purchase Executive

About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Executive to manage sourcing, vendor coordination, negotiation and procurement operations while maintaining strong vendor relationships and stakeholder relationships of the company to support smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors for materials, equipment, and services.
- Prepare and process purchase invoices, purchase orders, requisitions, and contracts.
- Ensure timely procurement of required materials to avoid production/operational delays.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the store/warehouse team for material requirements.
- Compare quotations and prepare cost analysis for management approval.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information.
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure reliable supply and favourable terms.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement standards.
- Work closely with accounts, production,
and other departments to streamline the purchasing process.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong negotiation and communication skills (English Preferred)
- Knowledge of procurement processes, supply chain management, and vendor management.
- Good analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and ERP/Procurement software.
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
Qualifications & Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in purchase/procurement (freshers with good knowledge may also apply).
- B. Tech/Diploma in any field
- Experience in [mention industry, e.g., manufacturing/engineering/IT] will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,864.28 - ₹37,130.83 per month
