Qualifications:

- BBA + MBA + Ph.D. in Management or a related discipline.
- Professor-level experience as per AICTE/UGC norms and also work on similar profile.
- Solid academic leadership, research, and administrative experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide academic and administrative leadership to the School of Management.
- Ensure compliance with AICTE, UGC, and university regulations.
- Drive curriculum development, accreditation, research, and quality initiatives.
- Strengthen industry collaborations, placements, internships, and corporate relations.
- Mentor faculty and oversee academic planning and performance.
- Promote admissions, student development, innovation, and institutional growth.
- Manage budgets, resources, and departmental operations.
