- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system challenges and provide effective resolutions.
- Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service delivery.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Atlassian Jira Align.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex software issues.
- Experience in monitoring and maintaining critical business applications.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with software lifecycle and incident management processes.
- Capability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
