Job Summary

L’empire Builders & Interiors is looking for a Junior Accountant with positive knowledge of Tally to support our day-to-day accounting and finance operations. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments, expenses, and other transactions in Tally.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, vouchers, and payment records.
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Track supplier payments, customer collections, and outstanding balances.
- Assist with bank and cash reconciliation.
- Maintain petty cash records and daily expense statements.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting requirements.
- Verify bills, invoices, and supporting documents before processing.
- Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and statements.
- Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal teams regarding accounts and payments.
- Support the Senior Accountant in regular accounting and financial activities.




- Perform other accounting-related tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

- B.Com / M.Com / BBA Finance or equivalent qualification.
- Strong knowledge of Tally is mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Basic understanding of GST and TDS.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Previous experience in accounting will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate

- Candidates with 1–2 years of accounting experience are preferred.
- Candidates who have worked with Tally in a construction, contracting, or interior company will have an added advantage.
- Should be comfortable handling day-to-day accounting independently.
- Should have a responsible and systematic approach to financial records.
