Position Overview: We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in real estate sales and a proven track record of converting inquiries into confirmed bookings. This role requires handling client walk-ins, providing project knowledge, and achieving monthly sales targets while maintaining excellent client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Attend client walk-ins and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Provide detailed product/project knowledge to clients.
- Coordinate with CRM and pre-sales team for timely follow-ups.
- Build trust with clients and ensure a seamless end-to-end sales experience.




- Professional appearance and strong interpersonal presence.
- Familiarity with at least one AI-based sales or productivity tool (e.g., CRM automation, lead tracking, or communication tools).
- Active participation in at least one sport or extracurricular activity (indicates discipline and team spirit).

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years to 5 years’ of experience in real estate sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Result-oriented, self-motivated, and confident.
- Ability to create a robust impression and represent the company professionally.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
