Job Summary

SYS Developers is looking for an experienced Purchase Executive with mandatory experience in the Real Estate/Construction industry to manage end-to-end procurement activities. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in sourcing construction materials, vendor management, price negotiation, and procurement processes. The candidate should be capable of independently handling all purchase-related activities while ensuring timely procurement, cost optimization, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete procurement cycle from purchase requisition to material delivery.
- Procure construction materials, MEP items, finishing materials, hardware, office supplies, and other project-related requirements.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors while maintaining robust relationships with existing suppliers.
- Obtain quotations, prepare comparative statements, negotiate pricing, and issue purchase orders.
- Ensure timely procurement while maintaining quality standards, cost efficiency, and project timelines.
- Coordinate with project,



site, store, and accounts teams for smooth procurement operations.
- Monitor inventory levels and plan purchases to avoid shortages or excess stock.
- Maintain accurate purchase records, vendor databases, contracts, and procurement documentation.
- Resolve issues related to delayed deliveries, quality concerns, shortages, and vendor performance.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.

Required Skills

- Mandatory experience in the Real Estate/Construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of procurement of construction materials and project-related purchases.
- Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and sourcing skills.
- Sound understanding of purchase documentation, quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and contracts.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/Procurement software.
- Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple procurement requirements independently.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Eligibility Criteria

- 4–5 years of relevant Purchase/Procurement experience in the Real Estate/Construction industry (Mandatory).
- BBA, B.Com, or an equivalent degree in Commerce, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field.
- Candidates with hands-on experience in end-to-end procurement and the ability to independently manage all purchase activities will be preferred.

Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
