The General Manager – Production is responsible for overseeing end-to-end execution of construction and pipeline projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and cost efficiency. The role also involves guiding and monitoring Project Coordinators to ensure smooth coordination across all project functions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage execution of construction and pipeline projects from planning to completion
- Supervise and guide Project Coordinators to ensure effective coordination between site teams, engineering, procurement, and commercial departments
- Ensure adherence to technical specifications, drawings, and approved methodologies
- Review and support Project Coordinators in tracking project schedules, progress reports, and documentation
- Monitor project timelines, identify risks,



and implement corrective actions through coordination teams
- Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and regulatory standards across all sites
- Drive technical problem-solving and provide engineering support for complex site issues
- Optimize resource utilization, productivity, and cost control across projects
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors for smooth project execution
- Approve method statements, technical submittals, and execution plans
- Qualification - B.Tech Mechanical Engineering
- Experience Minimum - 15 Years

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
