We're a hands-on engineering team where you'll work on real machines and real sites from day one.

Role Summary

We're looking for an early-career Automation Engineer who can write and debug PLC/HMI programs in-house and see them through to installation and commissioning at customer sites. This is a blend of panel-room programming and field work — ideal for someone who enjoys both.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, test, and debug PLC and HMI/SCADA programs (Siemens, Delta, Schneider, or similar)
- Support control panel design, wiring checks, and pre-dispatch testing
- Travel to client sites for installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting
- Carry out I/O testing, loop checks, and system integration
- Diagnose and resolve electrical and automation faults on site
- Prepare basic documentation — I/O lists,



test reports, and handover records
- Coordinate with the design team and client engineers during project execution

Required Qualifications

- Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in EEE, ECE, E&I;, Instrumentation, or Mechatronics
- 1–2 years of experience in industrial automation or a related field
- Working knowledge of PLC programming (ladder logic / structured text)
- Understanding of control panels, sensors, drives, and field instrumentation
- Willingness to travel and work at client sites, sometimes at short notice
- Good troubleshooting mindset and ability to work independently

Preferred (Nice to Have)

- Exposure to SCADA/HMI development and VFD/servo commissioning
- Experience in pharma, food & beverage, or process industries
- Two-wheeler/four-wheeler license for site mobility
