- Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
- 8-12 years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain.
- Robust experience working with 3PL providers and transportation partners.
- Proven expertise in route planning, network optimization, and delivery scheduling.
- Excellent analytical skills with strong proficiency in Excel and logistics analytics tools.
- Experience with TMS, WMS, ERP systems, and logistics dashboards is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
