Location: Dabolim, Goa

Working Days: Monday–Friday (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM) | Alternate Saturdays

About the Role

RISE International School is seeking a compassionate and experienced Inclusion & Wellbeing Counsellor to support students' emotional wellbeing and inclusive learning. The role involves providing counselling, supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), collaborating with teachers and parents, and promoting a safe, inclusive school environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide individual and group counselling to students.
- Support students with SEN, including Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, and Learning Disabilities.
- Develop and review Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
- Partner with teachers and parents to implement effective support strategies.
- Conduct wellbeing workshops and awareness programmes.
- Promote safeguarding, student welfare,



and inclusion across the school.

Requirements

- Master's degree in Psychology, Counselling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Child Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of school counselling experience (mandatory).
- Experience working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
- Strong understanding of child development, mental health, and inclusive education.
- Excellent communication, counselling, and interpersonal skills.
