Profile: Vice President-Financial Services-Surat-30 LPA

Experience:

- BFSI industry experience is mandatory.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the BFSI sector is mandatory.
- Proven experience in Wealth Management, Financial Advisory, Investment Products, or Business Development.
- Experience in handling HNI and UHNI clients is compulsory.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, wealth creation strategies, and portfolio management.
- Demonstrated success in business generation and client acquisition.
- Experience in building, leading, and managing high-performing teams.
- Candidates from peer competitor organizations will be highly preferred.

Salary Range: 70k to 2.5 LPM + Performance Bonus + Incentives

Roles:

- Take complete ownership of business generation and wealth management operations.
- Drive revenue growth through client acquisition and relationship management.
- Build and expand the company//'s Wealth Management vertical.
- Develop and manage relationships with HNI and UHNI clients.
- Understand client financial goals and create customized wealth creation and portfolio strategies.




- Manage and grow client investment portfolios across various financial products.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate consistent revenue streams.
- Develop strategic plans to increase market penetration and business expansion.
- Build, mentor, and lead a team of Relationship Managers, Wealth Advisors, and Business Development professionals.
- Create a robust network of clients, investors, and industry professionals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market movements, competitor activities, and business models.
- Analyze peer competitors and formulate strategies to strengthen market positioning.
- Represent the organization in networking events, business meetings, and client engagements.
- Ensure exceptional client service standards and long-term relationship management.

Qualification:

- Bachelor//'s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications such as NISM, CFP, CFA, MBA (Finance/Marketing) will be an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
- Willingness to relocate if required.
