Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly experienced skilled to lead construction methods & planning for fast-track and complex projects such as tall buildings, hotels, and large institutional structures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both RCC and steel construction, with hands-on experience in the Gulf region where cutting-edge construction methodologies are employed. This role demands a strategic thinker with technical depth, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to drive value engineering and execution excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Tender & Technical Review:

- Analyze tender documents and drawings

- Prepare technical queries and liaise with clients for clarifications

- Construction Planning & Methodology:

- Develop site logistics plans, construction sequences, and suitable methodologies

- Plan resources including labor and plant & machinery

- Prepare and present technical submissions and presentations to management and clients

- Design Coordination & Value Engineering:





- Collaborate with in-house design teams for construction-friendly designs

- Coordinate with external consultants for design/drawing alignment with client specifications

- Optimize designs for efficiency and cost-effectiveness

- Technology & Equipment Expertise:

- Apply knowledge of latest formwork systems and plant equipment

- Handle methodologies for complex structures including erection planning

- Site & Execution Support:

- Conduct site visits to review progress and suggest alternate solutions

- Work closely with execution teams to ensure seamless implementation

- Communication & Documentation:

- Prepare and interpret construction drawings and sketches

- Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders

Desired Skills & Competencies:

- Experience in Gulf countries with exposure to modern construction techniques will be an added adavntage.

- Strong understanding of structural design and engineering principles

- Familiarity with latest construction technologies and fast-track execution methods

- Knowledge of plant and machinery used in construction

- Expertise in modern formwork systems and erection techniques

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to work collaboratively with execution and design teams
