- Supervise and manage construction site activities.
- Ensure work is completed according to drawings and specifications.
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily progress reports.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and site staff.
- Manage quality, safety, and project timelines.
- Estimate materials and monitor material consumption.
- Inspect work and ensure compliance with engineering standards.
- Resolve site-related technical issues.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in civil construction.
- Good knowledge of construction methods and site execution.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Robust communication and team management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office is preferred.
- B.Tech in Civil Engineering or
- Diploma in Civil Engineering
