Job Purpose
Responsible for acquiring and managing HNI customers under the Preferred programme, enhancing relationship profitability through cross-selling, and increasing wallet share. Serve as a one-point contact for financial needs, ensuring superior customer experience and portfolio growth.
Key Responsibilities
HNW Portfolio Management
Acquire new customers meeting product criteria.
Enhance portfolio value and maintain hygiene parameters.
Cross-sell bank products based on customer needs.
Control attrition and achieve revenue targets.
Operations, Marketing & Processes
Ensure error-free documentation and adherence to KYC/AML norms.
Identify cross-sell opportunities to increase wallet share.
Enhance product penetration and income-generating product holdings.
Customer Service
Deliver quality service and resolve queries within TAT.
Proactively manage complaints and ensure timely communication.
Promote direct banking channels and ensure smooth portfolio transitions.
Education:
Graduation required; Post-Graduation preferred.
Certifications:
AMFI Certification, IRDA Certification, NCFM Certification (Optional).
Key Competencies
Sales and influencing skills, banking product knowledge,
planning and organizing skills, positive communication, knowledge of competition and financial trends.
