A Field Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by meeting clients face-to-face, promoting products or services, and building long-term customer relationships. The role demands strong communication, negotiation, and market knowledge, with success measured by sales targets and customer satisfaction.

- Client Acquisition & Retention
- Identify new leads and convert them into customers.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
- Sales Execution
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Market Development
- Explore new territories and expand market presence in nearby region.
- Stay updated on competitor strategies and industry trends.
- Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare sales reports, track KPIs (conversion rates,



acquisition numbers).
- Provide feedback to management for process improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite, sales analytics tools.
- Soft Skills:
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Negotiation and problem-solving ability.
- Self-motivation and resilience in fieldwork.
- Experience: Prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
