We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing client relationships, and achieving business targets for residential/commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and yearly targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans
- Handle customer inquiries, site visits, and closing deals
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners
- Coordinate with marketing team for lead generation campaigns
- Ensure proper CRM updates and documentation
- Conduct team training and performance reviews
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities

Required Skills:





- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of real estate market and trends
- Ability to handle high-value clients and close deals
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
