Experience:

- Minimum 15+ years of experience in GIS, BIM, Smart Infrastructure, or Digital Engineering project delivery.
- Proven experience in leading large-scale digital infrastructure programs with end-to-end execution ownership.
- Strong expertise in P&L; management, financial governance, budgeting, and profitability management.
- Prior experience in stakeholder management, management reporting, and leadership governance preferred.
- Demonstrated capability in delivering enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives involving GIS, BIM, IoT, and intelligent infrastructure systems.

Requirements:

- Lead delivery of large-scale Digital Project Management Systems (DPMS) integrating GIS, BIM, and enterprise digital platforms.
- Drive execution of Intelligent Traffic Management Systems (ITMS), Multi-Lane Free Flow (MLFF) tolling systems, and IoT-based Structural Health Monitoring (SHM) solutions.
- Own and manage complete P&L; responsibilities including budgeting, revenue realization, cost optimization, and margin improvement initiatives.
- Track financial performance, project forecasts, profitability metrics, and operational efficiency across programs.
- Define technology architecture, integration frameworks, and digital transformation strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle including planning, execution, delivery governance, quality assurance, and cost control.
- Publish management reports, dashboards, MIS, and performance analytics for leadership and stakeholder review.
- Present program status, project financials, operational risks, and strategic insights to senior management and executive leadership.




- Engage with government clients, consultants, technology partners, and external stakeholders as a key point of contact.
- Lead cross-functional teams across GIS, BIM, software engineering, IoT, and digital infrastructure domains.
- Establish governance frameworks, risk management processes, compliance standards, and delivery best practices.
- Drive project monitoring, issue resolution, escalation management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support pre-sales activities, technical solutioning, bid management, and RFP response preparation.
- Ensure successful implementation of scalable, secure, reliable, and high-performance digital infrastructure solutions.
- Maintain technical documentation, project governance standards, operational procedures, and delivery workflows.
- Collaborate closely with business, engineering, operations, and leadership teams to ensure successful program execution.
