We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller to promote and sell DFlow Drip Irrigation Systems over phone calls. The candidate will generate sales leads, explain product benefits, follow up with prospective customers, and schedule appointments for the field sales team whenever required. The role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for serving the agricultural community.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact farmers, dealers, distributors, and prospective customers through outbound calls.
- Explain the features and advantages of DFlow Drip Irrigation products.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable irrigation solutions.
- Generate qualified sales leads for the sales team.
- Follow up with interested customers until closure.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM/Excel.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding pricing, subsidies, product availability, and installation processes.
- Coordinate with the sales and technical teams for customer support.
- Achieve daily call targets, lead generation targets, and monthly sales goals.
- Build long-term relationships with customers through regular follow-ups.




- Collect market feedback and competitor information.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
- Experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or agricultural sales will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication skills in Tamil.
- Basic communication skills in English.
- Good persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport with farmers and dealers.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, CRM).
- Strong follow-up and customer relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Preferred Experience

- 0–3 years in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Support, or Agricultural Product Sales.
