Position Overview

Lakhani Engineers & Organisation is looking for an experienced and result driven Project Manager (Civil) to oversee multiple construction projects in parallel. The ideal candidate will possess strong project planning, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to deliver projects within timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks in a fast-paced EPC environment. As a Project Manager, you will lead site teams, coordinate with clients and consultants, and drive end-to-end execution across various active projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, schedule, and monitor execution across multiple project sites

- Lead site engineers, supervisors, and contractors to ensure timely delivery

- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors and approval authorities

- Review BOQs, drawings, and technical specifications for project execution

- Monitor project budgets, costs, and resource allocation across projects

- Track project progress against milestones and report to senior management

- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and statutory requirements at all sites

- Resolve technical, commercial, and operational issues across projects

- Coordinate procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor mobilisation

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (Master’s degree or PMP preferred)

- 3-5 years of experience in construction project management; EPC industry preferred





- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Strong knowledge of project planning tools, IS codes, and quality systems

- Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and MS Excel

- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

- Robust understanding of RA Bills, BOQs, and commercial aspects of projects

- Willingness to travel between project sites as required

Working Conditions

- Office-based role with regular travel between assigned project sites

- Full-time position (6 days working)

- May require extended hours during critical milestones, audits, or project handovers

- Fast-paced environment with direct coordination across clients, consultants, and site teams
