Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller Executives to join our growing team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers, following up on payments and services, and achieving daily performance targets. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Respond to customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Follow up with customers regarding payments and services.
- Maintain accurate call records and update system data.
- Achieve daily calling and productivity targets.
- Deliver excellent customer service while adhering to company policies and compliance standards.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum Qualification: PUC (12th Pass) / Graduate
- Experience: 0–4 Years (Freshers & Experienced Candidates can apply)
- Age: 18–34 Years
- Good communication skills in Tamil or Kannada (Mandatory).
- Basic communication skills in English.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
- DRA Certified candidates will be preferred.
- Experience in Collections, Sales,



or Customer Support will be an added advantage.

Salary Structure

- PUC Fresher: ₹13,000 per month
- PUC + Experience: ₹14,000 per month
- Graduate Fresher: ₹14,000 per month
- Graduate (Experienced without Experience Letter / Other Domain): ₹15,000 per month
- Graduate with Collections / Sales / Customer Support Experience: ₹16,000 per month
- PUC + DRA Certified: ₹16,000 per month
- Graduate + Relevant Experience + DRA Certified: ₹17,000 per month
- Graduate + Relevant Experience + DRA Certified + Police Verification: ₹18,000 per month
