- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Record and reconcile bank transactions, cash, and petty cash.
- Prepare and maintain sales, purchase, and expense entries.
- Generate invoices and follow up on receivables.
- Process vendor payments and maintain payable records.
- Prepare GST returns, TDS calculations, and ensure statutory compliance.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
- Prepare financial reports, MIS reports, and management reports.
- Maintain payroll-related accounting entries and salary records.
- Reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and customer/vendor accounts.
- Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities during audits.
- Ensure proper filing and maintenance of financial documents and records.
- Monitor budgets and support cost-control initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Perform any other finance and accounting-related tasks assigned by management.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
