- Concept Development: Pitch design strategies using digital mood boards and sketches.
- Code Compliance: Verify that all designs meet local building, health, and accessibility codes.
- Project Oversight: Supervise onsite contractors, electricians, and painters during installation.
- Budget Tracking: Manage vendor procurement and track expenses to maintain project profitability.
