Job Summary:
We are hiring Telecallers for admission counselling who can connect with student leads, explain our courses, and convert inquiries into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call and follow up with student leads for course admissions
- Explain courses, career advantages, and fee structure clearly
- Counsel students/parents and address queries
- Convert leads into successful admissions
- Maintain lead data and update CRM regularly
- Achieve daily and monthly admission targets
Requirements:
- Strong communication & convincing skills
- Passion for sales and student counselling
- Basic knowledge of telecalling/sales preferred
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Immediate joiners preferred
Working Details:
- 6 working days (Sunday working, weekday off)
- Timings: 10 AM – 6 PM / 11 AM – 7 PM
