Cherbionics Healthcare is looking for an ambitious, people-oriented Business Development Manager to drive our growth across the healthcare sector.

Role: Business Development Manager

Field-Based Role | Hospital & Doctor Visits

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Visit hospitals, clinics, doctors, and healthcare professionals to introduce and promote Cherbionics Healthcare’s solutions. Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors and key healthcare decision-makers. Develop new hospital, clinic, institutional, and referral partnerships. Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s presence across assigned territories. Conduct product presentations and effectively communicate clinical and commercial value. Generate leads, follow up with prospective partners, and convert opportunities into business. Maintain regular communication with existing referral partners and strengthen long-term relationships. Work closely with the founders on sales strategy, market expansion, partnerships, and business development initiatives. Represent Cherbionics Healthcare professionally at hospitals, meetings, conferences,



and healthcare events.

We’re looking for someone who is:

✓ Excellent with people and relationship building✓ Confident in meeting and communicating with doctors and senior professionals✓ Energetic, ambitious, and comfortable with field sales✓ Strong in communication, presentation, and negotiation✓ Self-motivated and capable of taking ownership of targets✓ Interested in building a long-term career in healthcare business development

Healthcare or medical sales experience is an advantage, but not mandatory.
