We are looking for a friendly and customer suppoet Officers to join our team. The role involves interacting with visitors, ensuring a smooth experience, and supporting day-to-day front desk and coordination activities.
Key Responsibilities
Pprovide basic information and guidance to students
Handle inquiries through phone, email, or in-person interaction
Maintain records and update guest details in the system
Assist in scheduling appointments and follow-ups
Good English communication skills (spoken and written) are essential
