Brief Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to manage expense records, commission processing, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have experience in financial accounting, MIS reporting,and asset management.

Job Responsibilities

- Maintain and update Expense Management MIS to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Timely update Asset Management Software, ensuring all asset and employee details are accurately recorded.
- Process Mutual Fund Commission payout, including commission calculations and software postings.
- Generate and manage Mutual Fund GST Invoices for compliance and record-keeping.
- Handle Refer and Earn Commission processing and accounting.
- Work on IPO Commission calculations and disbursements.
- Process and account for Sovereign Gold Bond (SGB) Brokerage.
- Manage 3rd Party Brokerage and Commission Accounting, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Oversee Individual Accounting tasks related to assigned financial records.




- Prepare and maintain Insurance Brokerage MIS for tracking and reporting purposes.

Qualifications and Skills

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in accounts, finance, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software and asset management tools.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple financial processes.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and GST compliance is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in financial services or asset management firms.
- Familiarity with commission-based financialtransactions
