About the Role

We at Arete Securities are looking for a dynamic individual to join our Fixed Income Broking Team. This role presents the candidate with an opportunity to be at the center of all the action that happens in the Fixed Income Market in India. Given that this market is a voice market, without any trading platform - as dealer and relationship manager you will have an chance to interact with the fund managers across financial institutions such as Mutual Funds, Banks, Insurance Companies, Corporate Treasuries etc.

Responsibilities

· Execute end-to-end corporate bonds and money-market trades on behalf of the clients

· Maintain relationship with existing clients and develop new relationships to generate new business

· Liaise with clients to identify their requirements and provide guidance on the available assets on the basis of this requirement





· Effectively communicate your clients’ requirement to the entire team, generate relevant prices and drive the deal towards conclusion

· Stay abreast with the latest development in the market, both domestic and overseas

· Stay updated with regulatory requirements pertaining to the debt capital market and any changes made by the regulators

Key Skills & Experience:

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

· Working knowledge of the Indian Debt Capital Markets

· Sound understanding of financial markets and fundamentals of economics

· Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask

· Strong interpersonal and people management skills

· Proficient in Microsoft Suite

· A self-starter, with willingness to take initiative and responsibility

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹800,000.00 per year
