We Are Hiring for the post of Accountant for Freight Forwarding , Custom Clearance, Softlink (Logi-Sys) Software

Freight Forwarding, Custom Clearance, Warehousing and Support Services. For our expansion plan we need dynamic,

hardworking, and result oriented team players for the above at our corporate office in Delhi. We are having our own

offices at various locations in India.

Job Details

Job Title : Accountant Manager

Location: F-17, Sector – 8 , Noida - 201301

Experience: Minimum 5 Years’ Experience as an Accountant

Candidate must have own Laptop or PC

Education Qualification: Minimum qualification requires B.Com

Salary : No Bar for good candidate

Soft Skills required:

1) Softlink / Logi sys also Basic Accounting Principles, Vendor, Customer Reconcilation

2)GST, TDS, Portals 3)Net Banking Portals ,Ms-Word, MS Excel, Internet, G-Suites, Tally 9.0 ERP

Candidate will be preferred who have knowledge in Softlink (Logi- Sys)

Key Role and Responsibilities:

Making all type of bills (Invoice & Packing List, Transportation bills as well as Import-Export bills





Book all Vendor purchases / Indirect Expense

Process all Bank payments / Remittances

Maintaining Data Entry in Tally ERP-9 (Like Sales Book, Purchase Book, Journal Book)

Receipt & Payment Vouchers, Cash & Bank Book

Bank Reconciliation and Bank Book Up to Date

Prepare Sales Invoices, Purchase Invoices and Day-to-Day Accounting Works

Filing of GST Returns (GSTR-3B and GSTR-1)

Reconciliation of GSTR-2A, and proper claim of input tax credits of GST;

Invoice Processing

Day to day Recording of Financial Transaction in Tally & Softlink (Logi-Sys) Software.

Handling of Bank Related Queries

Month Wise Reconciliation Of Debtor & Creditor

Calculate TDS deposit on time (Monthly and Quarterly)
