About the Role

JK Electric Contractor LLP is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Executive to manage the complete tendering process. The ideal candidate should have experience in preparing tender documents, handling e-procurement portals, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring timely submission of bids.

Key Responsibilities

- Search and identify relevant government and private tenders.
- Prepare and submit technical and commercial bid documents.
- Manage tender submissions through GEM, CPPP, and other e-tender portals.
- Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, BOQs, and specifications.
- Coordinate with internal teams for technical, commercial, and compliance documents.
- Prepare EMD, tender fees, declarations, and supporting documentation.
- Track tender deadlines and maintain records of submitted bids.
- Follow up on tender status, clarifications, and bid results.
- Maintain an organized database of tenders, contracts, and correspondence.




- Ensure compliance with company policies and tender requirements.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of Government e-Tendering and procurement processes.
- Experience with GEM, CPPP, and other e-procurement portals.
- Good understanding of tender documentation and bid preparation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PDF editing tools.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines with attention to detail.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (Commerce, Engineering, or Management preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in tendering, bidding, or proposal management.
- Experience in EPC, Electrical, Infrastructure, or Government Projects will be an added advantage.
