- Calibrate and Validate Emission considering internal quality targets for BS6-3 & upcoming regulations (BS7)
- Work on Gasoline (E10, E20 & E100) & alternate fuels (CNG, CBG & HCNG)
- To develop advanced control strategies for upcoming emission regulation
- Coordinate & align development topics and program timeline updates.
- Participate in vehicle test trips (Summer and Winter trials)
- Frontload activities by shifting from Lab to Math (HILs testing)
- Preparation of certification document
- Conduct certification testing for timely Type approval.
- Explain Emission control system functionality to agency.

Experience Required
: 6-8 years of experience in Powertrain Emission calibration.
Education Required
:
- Bachelors in Mechanical /Automotive Engineering (Minimum 65% marks or equivalent)
Skills Required
:
- Proactive with ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Experience in coordinating and leading cross functional teams in complex projects.
- Hands on experience in Emission calibration, preferably in a production automotive setting, experienced in operation & evaluation of development vehicles.
- In-depth knowledge of Emission legal requirements & regulatory requirements needed for certification.
- Experience in securing technical & certification documentation for different legislations.
- Familiarity with Emission calibration tools and communication protocols
- Experience in calibration tools like INCA, Concerto, Creta, CANoe etc.
- Experience in handling of mass emissions laboratory independently
- Experience in working with simulation using MATLAB & Python
- Experience in Emission verification on HILs
