Role Overview
We are looking for a Social Media Executive who understands the intersection of brand, design, and digital culture.
This role requires someone who can manage social media platforms, contribute to content planning, coordinate with designers and strategists, and ensure smooth execution of campaigns across multiple clients.

You should be someone who is curious about brands, observant about trends, and organised in execution.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

- Manage social media accounts for multiple client brands.
- Schedule and publish content across platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Ensure content is posted as per approved calendars and timelines.

Content Coordination

- Work closely with the design and strategy team to execute content plans.
- Assist in creating content briefs for designers and copywriters.
- Ensure visual and written communication aligns with brand guidelines.

Content Planning

- Assist in building monthly content calendars for clients.
- Research trends, formats, and ideas relevant to each brand.
- Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, reels, and storytelling formats.

Platform Performance Tracking

- Monitor social media performance and engagement metrics.




- Prepare monthly reports and insights for client reviews.
- Identify content that performs well and recommend improvements.

Community Management

- Respond to comments, messages, and enquiries in a timely and qualified manner.
- Maintain a consistent brand tone while interacting with audiences.

Campaign Execution

- Support digital campaigns including launches, festivals, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with performance marketing teams where required.

Skills & Requirements

Experience

- 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Prior experience working with brands or agencies preferred.

Skills

- Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube ecosystems.
- Ability to write simple and engaging social media copy.
- Understanding of content formats such as reels, carousels, and short-form video.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics and insights.

Tools
Familiarity with tools such as:

- Meta Business Suite
- Canva
- Scheduling tools
- Google Sheets / reporting tools
