As a Teacher, you will help students develop as sensitive and engaged citizens.

Qualification and Experience

- Pre Primary Teacher - Degree with Nursery Teacher Training /Montessori or equivalent teacher training course
- Primary Teacher – Graduation along with D.Ed./B.Ed.
- Physical Education - Bachelor’s degree in physical education
- Fine Arts – Bachelor’s degree in fine arts
- Music - Relevant education qualification
- Special Education - Bachelor’s degree in fine special education/any relevant degree.
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in relevent subjects.
- Ability to teach in English with knowledge of Kannada.

- Facilitate the development of children with diverse backgrounds, interests, and abilities through participative classroom processes
- Encourage active discovery and independent learning
- Develop curriculum and content for teaching-learning based on the context of the children
- Develop a curricular plan and achieve curricular objectives for each child
- Continuously engage with the community and parents to ensure their participation in school processes
- Participate in and help build the school processes
