About the Role

RPR Data Services Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced Property Preservation Processor to join our US Mortgage operations team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Property Preservation, Mortgage Servicing, REO (Real Estate Owned), and Work Order Processing. You will be responsible for reviewing preservation work orders, managing vendor activities, performing bid reviews, ensuring compliance with client guidelines, and maintaining high standards of Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC).

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Property Preservation work orders for Pre-Foreclosure and REO properties.
- Perform Bid Review by evaluating repair estimates, damages, and supporting photographs submitted by preservation vendors.
- Approve, reject, or request revisions based on client and investor guidelines.
- Coordinate with field vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of work orders (Vendor Management).
- Monitor and resolve HOA Violations and Municipal Code Violations.
- Verify property occupancy status and maintain accurate property condition records.
- Review property inspection images and documentation for accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure vacant properties are secured, winterized, and properly maintained.
- Process and prioritize daily Work Orders while meeting client SLA and Turnaround Time (TAT) requirements.




- Maintain detailed documentation and update client portals with accurate information.
- Perform Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) checks to ensure work meets client expectations.
- Work collaboratively with Team Leads, Supervisors, and Managers to improve operational efficiency.
- Follow all company policies, client guidelines, and compliance requirements.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Property Preservation, REO, Mortgage Servicing, or Property Maintenance.
- Strong understanding of US Mortgage and Default Servicing processes.
- Experience in Bid Review, Work Order Processing, and Vendor Management.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Excellent follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines while maintaining high accuracy.
