Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced SEO Team Lead to drive our organic growth strategy and lead a team of SEO professionals. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in technical, on-page, and off-page SEO, along with proven experience in team management, project coordination, and performance optimization.

Experience: 4-6 years

Working Days: Mon to Fri

Notice Period: Immediate/ 15 Days

Key ResponsibilitiesSEO Strategy & Planning

- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversions.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research.
- Create and execute SEO roadmaps aligned with business goals.
- Monitor search engine algorithm updates and implement necessary changes.

On-Page SEO

- Optimize website content, landing pages, meta tags, headings, URLs, and internal linking.
- Work with the content team to develop SEO-friendly content strategies.
- Ensure content follows SEO best practices and targets relevant keywords.

Technical SEO

- Perform comprehensive technical SEO audits.
- Identify and resolve crawl errors, indexing issues, duplicate content, broken links, and website performance issues.
- Optimize Core Web Vitals, mobile usability, schema markup, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, and canonical tags.
- Collaborate with developers to implement technical SEO improvements.

Off-Page SEO

- Plan and execute ethical link-building campaigns.
- Monitor backlink quality and remove harmful links when necessary.




- Build partnerships and identify opportunities to increase domain authority.

Team Leadership

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of SEO Executives and Analysts.
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely project delivery.
- Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Set individual and team KPIs and drive continuous improvement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Work closely with Content, Marketing, Design, and Development teams.
- Support website launches, migrations, and redesigns from an SEO perspective.
- Ensure SEO best practices are incorporated into all digital initiatives.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page, Technical, and Local SEO.
- Experience managing and mentoring SEO teams.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics, and website architecture.
- Robust understanding of Google Search algorithms and ranking factors.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
