ob Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate should have experience in manufacturing accounting, GST compliance, payroll, statutory compliance, inventory reconciliation, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records.
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements.
- Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Prepare GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and reconcile GSTR-2B.
- Handle TDS calculations, deductions, and return filing.
- Perform inventory, Raw Material, WIP, and Finished Goods reconciliation.
- Process payroll and ensure timely salary disbursement.
- Manage PF, ESIC, Professional Tax (if applicable), and TDS compliance.
- Handle UAN registration, KYC updates, PF member registration, PF transfers, PF withdrawals, and employee onboarding/offboarding formalities.
- Prepare monthly payroll reports and statutory challans.
- Assist in monthly and annual financial closing.
- Prepare MIS reports and support management reporting.
- Coordinate with Internal, GST, Stock,



and Statutory Audits.
- Maintain vendor and customer ledger reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, labour laws, and statutory regulations.

Qualifications

- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter
- 2–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing company.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, payroll processing, UAN registration, and accounting principles.
- Experience with Tally ERP or SAP ERP.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS).
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹10,763.51 - ₹30,454.36 per month
