- Lead the implementation of best practices to enhance software development processes and team productivity.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of custom software components.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize system performance and maintainability.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns relevant to custom software development.
- Experience in managing and leading software development teams through complex project lifecycles.
- Ability to analyze and optimize code for performance and scalability within SAP HANA environments.
- Familiarity with debugging, testing, and quality assurance methodologies to ensure robust software delivery.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and innovative technical solutions.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
